About me
I am a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) and have over 20 years of experience on a varied range of projects.
My commercial projects are primarily in the leisure, retail and hospitality sector as a Project Manager, also providing technical design.
In my residential work I undertake architectural design projects to deliver a high level of buildable design that exceeds the end user requirements with cost effective approach. To ensure that the execution achieves the design brief I can manage the project through to completion.
I am comfortable working alone or leading in a collaborative style with all stakeholders, understanding that each individual on a project requires a differing approach for them to perform at their best.
The core thread running through every project I undertake is a drive to succeed, exceed expectation, find solutions to overcome the inevitable problems that crop up on projects, with attention to design and detail being at the core of decision processes.
On a more personal note. I like cars, dogs, pizza and crisps, In my spare time I like to keep fit by riding my bike and undertaking varying scales of DIY work on my house.
